sorted now, just modified a m14 one.
couple more pics, receiver fitted into stock and inner barrel fitted.hopefully will have this firing by next week when the mosfet turns up.

managed to finish the rear sight, cocking handle and mag release last night.
mag release was a bit of a pig to get it all aligned and working right, also give it a blast in the shot blaster ready for blacking.
still waiting for the front sight and band spring from the u.s and also have the trigger and trigger guard to do.

how many fps that gear shots or how far can it be upgraded? I like the fps u play there here is like every aeg is on 410 limit. goverment prohibed airsoft they are open to discuccion I hope there they regulate airsoft guns under less fps power

not sure on fps as i have not got it to shoot yet, but im hoping with the longer barrel about 300-310 fps.
the gearbox can be upgraded slightly but nothing too heavy.

bad news on this im afraid. the only machine that i can get on at work to do this and any other projects has died, so i will no longer be able to do any more projects or finish the ones i have started...gutted.
so i will be selling this and the ppd40 as unfinished projects, anyone interested just pm me

no mate nearly done, just needs rear sight leaf and cocking handle, then some fettling to get it all running o.k.
the internals of the drum mag are done, 300 capacity, but has room in there to modify to about 600.
to be honest the fact that the machine has died and they wont be replacing it, i have just lost interest so better it goes to someone with some enthusiasm.
what needs to be done to the carbine?
